It’s been a minute since I posted anything new so I wanted to share a few quick ideas.

First, I’m listening to a great podcast with Laura Klein from Inside Intercom (here’s a link: https://bit.ly/2M5QBU8). I highly recommend checking it out if you’re interested in UI/UX and product development.

Second, I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance and role of product vision and hope to share more about that soon (particularly how having a clear vision and strategy is key to answering the question, “Should we build this feature?”).

Third, I’ve been talking with folks lately about how to manage and lead people, how to balance clear expectations and flexible people development, and how to do excellent work as a product leader (specifically around the key people to spend time with).

More (hopefully) on all of this later, but wanted to at least share briefly here.
